Why have a payment gateway integration?
Payment gateway integrations allow Elina PMS to process charges to credit cards automatically and seamlessly. Payments for bookings, deposits and any other items where card details are collected – either on your website through the booking engine or in the back-office by your staff – are processed and reconciled fully automatically within Elina.

Why have a Point of Sale integration?
Point of Sale integrations complement Elina’s Products and Services module perfectly. If you operate a food and beverage outlet, have a shop or other direct point of sale, you are likely to use a POS system. While the POS will allow you to take cash payments, an integration to Elina PMS allows for charges to be posted to account, for bills to be summarised and for your team to work faster and more effectively between departments.

Why have an Accounting integration?
Whilst Elina will manage your customer sales ledgers through invoices and accounting, you might well also use an full accounting system to manage your overall business financial operations, tax reporting, payroll, etc. This integration allows Elina to synchronise with accounting software packages to ensure invoices, payments, guest and company details are all passed on for use in your other system.
