Elina allows you to create as many staff profiles as you need at no extra cost. Each user will receive access to a bespoke Staff Lounge area, from where they can navigate to many places within the Elina property management system.
Access around the Elina admin site can be limited with the creation of each user account using role restricted permissions. Each role-specific login code created will have a range of custom statistics to give the user an overview of what is happening in the accommodation, or what tasks they need to complete for the day.
Every Staff Lounge area can also be filtered by property area so the user can view just the statistics, properties and notes that are directly related to their specific area of work.
