The pricing for Elina is based on the number of units that you manage; either the number of apartments in your portfolio, or the number of rooms in your hotel, resort or B&B, and it is a flat monthly fee.
There are no additional charges and we don't take any commission.
We charge a set-up fee to kick the agreement off which is again based on the number of units that you manage. This period pays for the creation and set up of your system, and for your training, be that live or video training.
We don’t give you your Elina system in kit form; your Account Manager from the Elina Concierge team will work to build in your settings so that you have a stable and reliable starting point to your time using Elina.
Your Elina PMS price includes:
- Your Elina back office system with all included features
- The commission free Elina online booking engine (remember: the whole system is commission free!)
- Support from the Elina Concierge team and your dedicated Account Manager
- Your training pack - either video or live training
- All system upgrades - each new version of Elina released (approx. every 2 months) is provided to all our customers for free
- No limit on the number of staff profiles
- System hosting
- Elina maintenance
- Access to the online Elina Concierge help-desk anytime
