What training, do you provide with the elina ? 

We provide 4 hours of training as part of your onboarding included when you take elina. You also get explore support helpdesk included. You can organise more remote or in-person training from one of our team members if you want or need.

What support do i get and is it included in my monthly billing?

Yes! We want you to be using the elina system to the best of your ability so we have our Concierge team who are there to answer your questions. Support hours are from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and is included as standard. You also get the explore support helpdesk for training and learning.

How often do you release a new version of elina?

We are on version 6.0 of elina and we make lot's of small releases for improvements and bug fixing. Releases are every 2-4 weeks and go out to all customers due to elina being cloud based.

Is elina cloud based?

Elina is cloud based software accessible from any website broswer which is modern, so Chrome, Firefo, Edge, Safari for example. Updates happen reguarly to all customers software.

How long does it take to get set up?

Depending on the size of your business, we would aim to get your system ready within 3-4 weeks from contract signature.

Can elina process payments?

elina can link with payment gateway partners in order to process payments online. View payment gateway partners we have integrations with.

How secure is our data in elina?

elina PMS is PCI compliant and all data is stored on tier 3 servers. We keep data backups for the last 14 days.

How do I get my reservations  into elina?

Yes, our team can assist in transferring data from one system to another. There will be a small fee for this service.

Can I request an integrations to elina?

Yes, we have 50+ integrations now and are continuously adding more.
