Here are most of our frequently most asked questions you will find answered below.

What training, if any, do you provide with the elina package? 

elina gives you the options when it comes to your chosen training package and we will always include some sort of training. We can either do live online training, in person, or pre-recorded video training.

What kind of support is available, and is it included in the price?

Yes! We want you to be using the elina system to the best of your ability so we have our Concierge team who are there to answer your questions. Support hours are from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and is included in your monthly charge.

How often do you release a new version of elina?

You can expect a new version to be released every two months – we are constantly developing elina – and all of these updates are free!

Do I pay for hosting?

Elina hosting is also included in our costs, along with system maintenance.

How long does it take to get set up?

Depending on the size of your business, we would aim to get your system ready within 3-4 weeks from contract signature.

Can elina process payments?

elina can link with payment gateway partners in order to process payments online. See our payment and invoice rules section for more details.

Do I need a website to operate elina?

The elina admin site is s separate website on its own, so you do not need a site in order to run this side of the system. If you are looking to take online bookings using the elina booking engine, then you will need a website.

Is elina available in multiple languages?

Our elina admin site is currently only available in English, however elina's online booking engine is available in multiple languages. 

What channel managers do you connect to?

We connect with STAAH, SiteMinder, Cubillis and Rentals United. With these integrations we offer full 2 way connections with OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia and 100’s of others.

How secure will our data be on your system?

elina PMS is PCI compliant and all data is stored on tier 3 servers. We keep data backups for the last 14 days.

Can you assist in migrating data to elina?

Yes, our team can assist in transferring data from one system to another. There will be a small fee for this service.

Can I add different integrations to your system?

Yes, we have 50+ integrations now and are continuously adding more.
