What training, if any, do you provide with the Elina package?
With Elina, you have options when it comes to your chosen training package and we will always include some sort of training. We can either do live online training, training in person, or pre-recorded video training. Based on your size and experience with software like Elina, our sales team will recommend a package to suit your needs.
What kind of support is available, and is it included in the price?
Yes! We want you to be using the Elina system to the best of your ability so we have our Concierge team who are there to answer your questions, but also to reach out to you to make sure that you and your business are making the most out of Elina. Your support is available from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and is included in your monthly charge.
How often do you release a new version of Elina?
You can expect a new version to be released every two months - we are constantly developing Elina - and all of these updates are free!
Do I pay for hosting?
Elina hosting is also included in our costs, along with system maintenance.
How long does it take to get set up?
Depending on the size of your business, we would aim to get your system ready with 3-4 weeks from contract signature.
Can Elina process payments?
Elina can link with payment gateway partners in order to process payments online. See our payment and invoice rules section for more details.
Do I need a website to operate Elina?
The Elina admin site is a separate website on its own, so you do not need a site in order run this side of the system. If you are looking to take online bookings using the Elina booking engine, then you will need a website. If you don't have one already, or need a new one, give us a call and our web design team may be able to help you with this...
Is Elina available in multiple languages?
Our Elina admin site is currently only available in English, however Elina’s online booking engine is available in multiple languages.
