Tell us bit about your career and your journey to elina?

After finishing my Business Management degree the first job opportunity which came my way to work was as customer support executive  at STAAH (India - Goa ) after a successful year was promoted to Product Head Consultant for the Goa region.

In my free time back then used to help various hotels, resorts, guest houses and accommodations to set up their online business channels. The last project being to manage sales and marketing for a Yoga & Wellness Resort.

I joined elina in 2019 and having a experience of plus 5 years in hospitality made me settle quickly on the job and since then journey here has been amazing.

What do you like the most about working for elina?

Positive organization culture, the vision shared across various teams, dedication towards a given task and also autonomy  to try different things makes me love my job at elina.

Tell us a bit about your life outside work?

Well most of my weekends are mostly eat, sleep, explore and repeat. Along with my fiancé we explore new places, visit different beaches, try out new food outlets, cafes and not to forget some evening football action.

Have you any funny career incidents that you can't get out of your head?

An email nightmare: lesson of they day was always double check who your email is being sent to. At the resort we used to communicate via email be it a joke or a silly request. We had two people named David in the organisation One being a General Manager and other being a sales executive. So tried to nag about him through email. Little did I know out of the rage inserted the General Manager email instead of the sales executive and woof, off went the email to wrong person.

What is your mantra to success?

Success comes to those who dare to dream, to people who truly want to succeed. It does not come knocking the doors of people who wait for things to happen on their own. There is no spell for success.

" So if you want it, go get it".
